Patek Philippe Presentation 18K Yellow Gold Pocket Watch - Manual winding. 18K yellow gold case, ornate blue enamel bezel (45 mm) ; Back of case bears monogram and interior of case inscribed, "Horace L. Wilkinson / a token of sincere friendship / from / M. Crouse Klock / Dec. 1919. White dial with Arabic numerals; subdial at 6 o'clock. Pre-owned with custom box. The watch has aged gracefully with beautiful patina. We have elected not to polish the watch but can do so if the customer requires it. We also have a pocket watch chain that matches for a total of $8950.
