The Rolex Tiffany dial is among the most celebrated and historically significant variants in the entire Rolex secondary market, referring to watches whose dials bear the Tiffany & Co. retailer signature — typically "Tiffany & Co." printed below the Rolex name, or on early examples, as a sole retailer mark. For much of the twentieth century, Tiffany & Co. was among the most prestigious authorized retailers of Rolex in the United States, and dials signed by Tiffany command substantial premiums over unsigned equivalents due to their retail provenance, relative scarcity, and the prestige of the Tiffany name. Tiffany-signed Rolex dials appear across numerous references including Datejust, Day-Date, Submariner, Explorer, and Oyster Perpetual models, spanning vintage examples from the 1950s through the 1980s. In 2021, the relationship between Tiffany and Rolex entered a new chapter when a special Tiffany-blue dialed Oyster Perpetual ref. 124300 was produced to mark the Patek Philippe Nautilus Tiffany collaboration — creating enormous collector interest. Pre-owned Rolex watches with authentic Tiffany dial signatures represent a convergence of two American luxury institutions.
