Shipping Rates and Delivery Options
All shipments from DeMesy Fine Watches are fully insured, offering peace of mind with every order.
Overnight Shipping (Fully Insured via UPS/FEDEX)
- Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: $75
- International Shipping: $175
Please inspect your package upon delivery for any signs of damage or tampering before signing for receipt.
Order Processing and Shipping Details
Payment and Address Verification:
Orders paid by credit card can only be shipped to the billing address on file with the issuing bank for fraud prevention. If you wish to ship to an alternate address, please contact your credit card company to add an alternate shipping address to your record. This allows us to verify the transaction and proceed with shipping securely. We also use a third party company to verify each transaction to prevent fraud for your protection and ours.
Signature Requirements for all of our shipments:
All shipments require a signature upon delivery, regardless of any waivers provided by the carrier.
Shipping Timelines
Domestic Orders:
Orders within the U.S. are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Overnight shipping ensures delivery the next business day.
International Orders:
International shipments may take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing. Please note that customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We ship all International order via DHL Express
International Payments
Due to our inability to verify information we cannot accept international credit cards or international PayPal at this time. We require payment by bank wire transfer in U.S. funds and will be happy to provide bank wire transfer instructions.
Customs - Duties - Taxes
Upon arrival in your country, fees may be assessed to your package. All duties and taxes on international orders are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are non refundable. Due to the fact that customs policies vary from country to country, we are unable to provide information regarding the cost involved in receiving your package. Contact your local customs office prior to placing your order, for information and an estimate of duties and taxes. We cannot ship as gift or at a false value. All international orders returned to DeMesy because the delivery was refused or the duties and/or taxes were not paid will incur a 5% restocking fee.
Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the UPS or FEDEX website.
SALES AND USE TAX
Recent sales tax regulations for e-commerce businesses now require sales tax to be collected on orders shipped to various states, in accordance with state laws.
DeMesy & Co. is registered to collect sales tax in multiple states, as required. Please be aware that states are continuously updating their collection requirements, and we will keep this list updated as more states are added.
