Extremely Rare " Eagle " Patek Philippe & Co. 18K Gold Open Face Pocket Watch - Manual movement. 18K Yellow Gold Case, per Patek Philippe Archive papers decorated in " Empire" style eagle on blue enamel and guilloche vertical stripes ( 44 mm ). The Empire style eagles have been emblems of empires since Roman times. Guilded dial with Roman numerals; sub dial at 6' o clock. Pre-owned with original certificate of origin and fitted box. Box still has original sticker on back with serial number. Circa 1917. Retailed by Shreve Co.
