Vintage Patek Philippe 18k Yellow Gold for E. Gubelin Pocket Watch - Manual winding. Two tone beautifully engraved Art-Deco style and enhanced with blue enamel trim ( 43 mm). Silver dial with gold Breguet style numerals; seconds subdial at 6 o'clock. Pre-owned with original box and papers. Circa late 1920's.
