We understand that purchasing a pre-owned luxury watch is an important decision. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a return policy for any pre-owned item purchased from us. If you paid for your watch via trade-in, or wish to exchange the watch, DeMesy Fine Watches will provide store credit. 

Here are the key details of our return process:

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    You may return any pre-owned item within three (3) days of receiving your order. To begin the return process, please notify us immediately. The returned item must be in its original condition, including all boxes, papers, books, hang tags, and stickers.
  2. Shipping Requirements for Returns
    Returns must be shipped via UPS Air Express or FedEx Express (overnight), fully insured for the full purchase price. We are not responsible for any lost packages, so please ensure the return is appropriately insured.
  3. Refund Process
    Upon receiving the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus any shipping charges. Refunds for bank wire transfers are subject to bank service fees. All payments will be refunded in US dollars, and we are not liable for fluctuations in exchange rates.
  4. Exclusions to the Return Policy
    The return privilege does not apply to special orders, customized items, or any item that was altered or made to the customer’s specifications. These items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  5. NIB (New in Box) or Unused Watches
    NIB (New in Box) or unused watches are not eligible for returns. This policy ensures you receive only brand-new, unworn timepieces in factory mint condition, without any prior handling or returns. Rest assured that when you purchase a new or unused item, it is in pristine, original condition.
