Watch Warranty Coverage

All watches purchased from DeMesy come with a one-year warranty from the date of invoice, unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes accessories, boxes, bands, batteries, and cracked or broken crystals.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Vintage wristwatches and pocket watches
  • Accessories, boxes, bands, batteries, or cracked or broken crystals
  • Damage from abuse, misuse, negligence, accidents, or water damage due to improperly tightened crowns
  • Repairs or alterations performed by unauthorized technicians
  • Wholesale or dealer orders
  • Items purchased by anyone other than the original purchaser
